Analysis of manifesto from the year 2000 the green are points that I highlighted due to importance both negative and positive and the black is things that I did not agree with.
I think this is a perfect way to describe
the outside view on graphic design, in a way it’s so true it’s almost comical
even though it’s in the manifesto. I also highlighted the words ‘used up’ which
I feel is a very diplomatic and neutral approach when in fact as noted I
believe sometimes the word used should be wasted.
Ideas for manifesto in points
Don’t dwell on what’s the norm, Embrace
spontaneity, If you don’t ‘feel’ anything stop, Allow influence, Defy what’s
expected, Perfection can’t be rushed but don’t procrastinate, Trust instincts,
Expand horizons, Not everything is black and white.
